Q: What services do you offer?
Daycare. Pets are dropped off and picked up on the same day. Dogs visit our big play yard and outdoor runs multiple times a day, and are given 2 organized playtimes in the morning and afternoon.Owners may enroll their dog in our puppy play group, or choose one-on-one play with staff members only. There is no difference in cost. Daycare guests do not qualify for our Spa Package deal, but may qualify for other discounts. With few exceptions, daycare is not offered on weekends.
Boarding. Pets are dropped off and picked up on different dates; they stay overnight at our facility. Overnight guests recieve the same enrichment activities and playtimes as daycare guests. They also qualify for our Spa Package deal.
Baths. Our bathing services include everything offered by a regular groomer except cutting / styling fur. These services are available to all boarding and daycare guests, as well as by stand-alone appointment.For our overnight guests, we offer a Spa Package deal that includes a wash, blow-dry, brush-out, nail trim and scented spritz before they return home, all at a large discount.Note: we do not offer cat grooming, bathing, or nail trims at this time.
Additional Services
Meal Plan. It’s always best to keep your pet on the same diet they have at home, but if you forget their food, no need to worry. Owners can opt into our in-house meal plan.
Dog TV. We play videos designed to entertain your pup. This service is subject to availability.
Comfort Doghouse. If your pup loves their alone time, owners can choose to have a doghouse or crate placed inside the suite for a little extra privacy.

Q: What are your rates?
DAYCARE. Pets are dropped off and picked up on the same day; they do not stay overnight. Daycare fees do not apply to pets that stay overnight.

BATHS. Includes a shampoo, brush out, blow dry, nail trim, and scented spritz. Currently we do not cut or style fur. Bathing services are for dogs only; we do not offer any bathing services for cats.

* Spa Package is a deal for overnight guests only and includes all basic bathing services. Add-ons like deshedding and nail polish are not included.
** Our de-matting option requires an assessment, as mats can be difficult to work on. If a dog is severely matted and must be shaved, owners must give explicit consent knowing it will be done for the dog’s health and comfort only, and not for aesthetics.

DISCOUNTS & FEES
We offer a $3 discount per night for pets that can room together in the same suite. Pets must be able to eat together without supervision to qualify.
Pets that have not been spayed or neutered incur a $5 fee applied per day/night for both dogs and cats.
If parasites such as ticks and fleas are found on a pet, they will be treated automatically and the cost will be added to the bill. Costs will vary depending on the nature and severity of the infestation.
Q: What happens during a pet's stay?
We make sure every pet has recreation time outside their suite. We offer tailored playtimes with enrichment toys and treats.
Dogs are cycled through our outdoor area multiple times a day so they have plenty of opportunity to relieve themselves and get some fresh air.
We do not allow all dogs off-leash in our big play yard, but every dog is guaranteed outdoor recreation: either one-on-one with staff, or with our play group if owners enroll them and they pass a basic behavioral screening.
Due to increased risk factors, brachycephalic dog breeds will not be allowed outdoors for longer than 20 minutes per trip.
We play music specifically designed for dogs and cats to set a soothing ambiance for our guests, and owners can opt into Dog TV, where we play videos for your pup to enjoy.
Pets are fed twice daily unless otherwise instructed by owner. We recommend owners supply us with their pet’s regular food, but owners may also enroll pets in our meal plan. If owners choose to provide food for their pets, the amount must be adequate to cover the pets' entire stay; if a pet runs out of food they will be enrolled in our meal plan automatically.
Cats may have individual playtimes outside of their condos, but are never taken outdoors.
Q: Are deposits required to book?
We require a deposit to book a reservation around these holidays: New Years, Spring Break, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
This deposit will equal the cost of the first night’s stay. It is refundable until 1 week prior to the dropoff date. After that, it will either be applied to the boarding fee when owners pick up their pets, or it will be forfeited.
Otherwise, we don’t require a deposit, but we greatly appreciate letting us know if your pet will no longer be staying with us.
Q: What is your vaccination policy?
All pets must be current on vaccinations. Proof that a pet has been vaccinated must be provided before check-in. Pets cannot be admitted without it.
Dogs must have rabies, distemper/parvo (DHPP), and bordetella vaccinations. Bordetella must be given at least 2 weeks before check-in to build immunity. Owners may sign a waiver to opt out of our bordetella requirement.
Cats must have rabies, FVRCP, and FeLV vaccinations. A recent negative feline leukemia test may be accepted instead of the FeLV vaccine. Owners may sign a waiver to opt out of our FeLV requirement.
We recommend heartworm prevention, but it’s not necessary to board with us. We also recommend flea and tick prevention. If parasites are found on pets during their stay, they will be treated automatically and the cost added to the bill.
Q: Do you accept pets of all ages?
Puppies must be 6+ months old or have full adult immunizations.Kittens must be 5+ months old or have full adult immunizations.All other age groups are welcome!
✱ Although it will not affect admission, we ask owners to please be cautious when choosing to board pets that are very ill or elderly. When a pet leaves their territory for any reason, even for fun, it affects their stress levels, which may compromise vulnerable pets.
Q: Do you require a meet-and-greet?
Meet-and-greets are not required to admit a pet.
We ask every owner if their dog has any history of reactivity towards humans. If so, we will strongly recommend a brief meet-and-greet prior to admission to ensure we can safely care for the dog. Owners may choose not to pursue this option, but we cannot garantee admission without it.
Behavioral screenings for our play group do not affect admission. These are conducted later, after a dog is comfortable in their new environment. Dogs that do not pass the behavioral screening will still receive normal playtimes, but they will be with staff members only.
Small dogs are of lesser concern than larger dogs, and cats will always be admitted regardless of behavioral concerns.

During office hours, owners may view the property, drop off and pick up pets, or conduct other business without an appointment.
Staff members are still present and caring for pets outside of these hours, but in order to maintain a peaceful environment for our guests, visits are not allowed outside of these hours except by appointment.

✱ Because closures only apply to dropoffs, the beginning dates are tenative. During these times, normal operations will resume until the last pet is collected. If you need boarding during these closures, please reach out, as we may be able to schedule you.
