What are our regular business hours?

Please contact us at least 1 day in advance to schedule afterhours drop-off/pick-ups. There is a charge for unscheduled drop-offs or pick-ups outside business hours.

What are our accommodations like?

Dogs:

Spacious climate controlled indoor kennel

Multiple daily trips to our secure outdoor runs

Cats:

Special kitty condos designed for comfort and recreation

All pets are given beds, blankets, fresh water, and toys.

Owners are welcome to bring their pets’ own bedding or toys.

Pets will be fed twice daily unless otherwise instructed by owner.

We recommend owners supply us with their pet’s regular food. Otherwise pets will be added to our meal plan.

What will happen during my pet’s stay?

We make sure every pet has recreation time outside their suite. We have playtimes with enrichment toys and treats.

Dogs are cycled through our outdoor area and runs multiple times a day so they have plenty of opportunity to relieve themselves and get some fresh air.

We do not allow all dogs off-leash in our outdoor space, but every dog is guaranteed outdoor recreation, either with staff or with our puppy play group if owners grant permission and the dog passes our behavioral screening.

We have dog- and cat-specific music playlists to set a soothing ambiance for our guests, and owners can opt into Dog TV, where we play videos for your pup to enjoy.

Cats may be given individual playtime outside of their condos, but are never taken outdoors.

Services & Rates

Daycare*

$25/day per pet

Overnight Boarding

$25/night per cat
$33/night per dog

We offer a $3 discount per night on a second pet if they can board in the same suite as the first pet.**

Pets that are not spayed/neutered are $5 more per night.

Unless owners agree to our puppy play group, pets do not interact with each other unless they are from the same household.

* Daycare: pets are dropped off and picked up on the same day. Daycare fees do not apply to pets that stay overnight.
** Except under special circumstances, we do not board more than 2 pets together in a suite, and we do not allow cats and dogs to board together.

What additional services do we provide?

Meal Plan ($2/day)

It’s always best to keep your pet on the same diet they have at home, but if you forget their food, no need to worry. Owners can opt into our in-house meal plan.

Dog TV ($2/day)

We play videos designed to entertain your beloved canine. Limited availability.

Doghouses ($10)

If your pup loves their alone time, owners can choose to have a doghouse or kennel placed inside the run for a little extra privacy. Limited availability.

Grooming?

We have dog bathing here at Furbaby’s!

For our overnight guests, we offer a Spa Package that includes a wash, blow-dry, brush-out, nail trim and scented spritz before they return home to you, all for a flat rate of $30.

Otherwise, our rates vary depending on several factors, including the dog’s size and owner’s needs. Ask us about our bathing rates and we will be glad to provide you with an exact quote!

Please note: our bathing services include everything provided by a groomer except for cutting and styling fur. If a dog is severely matted and requires shaving to remove the mats, the owner will be informed and must provide explicit consent before we proceed, understanding that this procedure will be done only for the pets’ health and comfort, not for aesthetics.

We do not offer baths for cats at this time.

Deposits

We require a deposit to book a reservation around these holidays:

New Years, Spring Break, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas

The deposit will equal the cost of the first night’s stay.

This deposit is refundable up until 1 week prior to the dropoff date. After that, this fee will either be applied to the boarding fee when you pick up your pet, or will be forfeit.

Otherwise, we don’t require a deposit, but we greatly appreciate letting us know if your pet will no longer be coming to stay with us.

Age Restrictions

Puppies must be 6+ months old or have full adult immunizations

Kittens must be 5+ months old or have full adult immunizations

All other age groups are welcome!

Vaccination Policy

All pets must be current on vaccinations. Proof that a pet has been vaccinated must be provided prior to check-in. We cannot board a pet without it.

Dogs must have rabies, distemper (DHPP), and bordetella vaccinations.
Bordetella must be given at least 2 weeks before check-in to build immunity. Owners may sign a waiver to opt out of our bordetella requirement.

Cats must have rabies, FVRCP, and feline leukemia vaccinations.
A recent negative feline leukemia test may be accepted instead of vaccination; owners may also sign a waiver to opt out of our feline leukemia vaccine requirement.

We recommend heartworm prevention, but it’s not necessary to board with us.

We also recommend flea and tick prevention. If parasites are found on pets during their stay, they will be treated and the cost added to the bill.
